1. Τι συλλέγει το Thremark

  • Marks (saved facts) — stored on your device and synced to our server using an anonymous device ID. You can delete all server data at any time from Settings.
  • Chat messages — stored on your device and synced to our server for multi-device access. Messages are forwarded to AI providers for responses.
  • Anonymous session — a device-generated UUID for API session management. No name, email, or Apple ID is sent to our server.
  • Apple ID (optional) — name and email stored on-device only if you use Sign in with Apple. Not stored on server.
  • Files — AI-generated files synced to server. Delete them any time.
  • Notifications & Reminders — push notifications scheduled on server and delivered via APNs. Device token deleted after delivery.
  • Thinking & reasoning models — messages sent to OpenAI or Anthropic reasoning API. Only final response returned.
  • Photos, Camera & Image Generation — attached images sent to AI provider for analysis. Images not permanently stored on servers.
  • Microphone & Voice AI — audio streamed to Google Gemini Live API or OpenAI Realtime API. Audio not stored after processing.

  • On your device — marks, chats, messages, and files stored locally via SwiftData.
  • On our server — marks, chats, messages, and files synced to Cloudflare D1 database via anonymous device ID.
  • Semantic search index — marks embedded as numerical vectors (Cloudflare Vectorize) for semantic search.
  • Retention — server messages subject to automatic rotation. Marks and files remain until deleted.

3a. Ποια δεδομένα στέλνει το Thremark στις υπηρεσίες AI

Κάθε φορά που στέλνετε ένα μήνυμα, τα παρακάτω δεδομένα ενδέχεται να διαβιβαστούν σε έναν από τους παρόχους AI μας (Google Gemini, OpenAI ή Anthropic) για τη δημιουργία απάντησης:

  • Το κείμενο του μηνύματός σας — το τρέχον μήνυμα που μόλις απεστείλατε.
  • Πρόσφατο ιστορικό συνομιλίας — προηγούμενα μηνύματα στην τρέχουσα συνεδρία chat, που χρησιμοποιούνται ως πλαίσιο.
  • Memory marks — θέματα και γεγονότα που έχετε αποθηκεύσει, που αποστέλλονται ώστε το AI να μπορεί να δίνει σχετικές, εξατομικευμένες απαντήσεις.
  • Επισυναπτόμενα αρχεία και εικόνες — τυχόν αρχεία ή φωτογραφίες που επισυνάπτετε σε ένα μήνυμα.
  • Ήχος φωνής — αν χρησιμοποιείτε φωνητική εισαγωγή, ο ήχος μεταδίδεται στο OpenAI Whisper (μεταγραφή) ή Google Gemini Live / OpenAI Realtime (φωνητικές συνομιλίες).

Δεν αποστέλλεται ποτέ όνομα, e-mail ή Apple ID στους παρόχους AI. Βάσει πολιτικής, κανένας από αυτούς τους παρόχους (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) δεν χρησιμοποιεί δεδομένα API για την εκπαίδευση ή βελτιστοποίηση των μοντέλων AI τους. Καθένας διατηρεί τα δεδομένα έως 30 ημέρες αποκλειστικά για παρακολούθηση ασφάλειας, μετά τα διαγράφει μόνιμα. Και οι τρεις είναι πιστοποιημένοι SOC 2 και συμμορφούνται με GDPR, και δεσμεύονται συμβατικά να παρέχουν το ίδιο επίπεδο προστασίας δεδομένων που απαιτείται από αυτές τις γνωστοποιήσεις. Τα δεδομένα σας δεν πωλούνται ποτέ. Μπορείτε να διαγράψετε τα πάντα ανά πάσα στιγμή από τις Ρυθμίσεις.

4. Δεδομένα που ΔΕΝ συλλέγουμε

  • Δεν πουλάμε, μοιραζόμαστε ή αξιοποιούμε οικονομικά τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα.
  • Δεν παρακολουθούμε την τοποθεσία σας.
  • Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε SDK διαφημίσεων ή trackers.
  • Δεν συλλέγουμε όνομα, e-mail ή Apple ID στον διακομιστή.
  • Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε παρακολούθηση μεταξύ εφαρμογών (το IDFA δεν χρησιμοποιείται).

5. Τα δικαιώματά σας

  • Delete all data — available in Settings at any time. Removes all marks, chats, messages, and files from device AND server. Irreversible.
  • Delete account — available in Settings if signed in with Apple.
  • Export — export marks via the share sheet.
  • No account required — Thremark works without signing in. Sign in with Apple is optional.
  • GDPR & CCPA — you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at [email protected].

6. Αναλυτική

Χρησιμοποιούμε PostHog για ανάλυση συμπεριφοράς χωρίς αναγνώριση. Δεν συλλέγονται προσωπικά δεδομένα.

7. Παιδιά

Το Thremark δεν προορίζεται για παιδιά κάτω των 13 ετών. Δεν συλλέγουμε εσκεμμένα δεδομένα από παιδιά.

8. Cookies

Η εφαρμογή iOS δεν χρησιμοποιεί cookies.

9. Διεθνείς μεταφορές δεδομένων

Τα δεδομένα επεξεργάζονται σε παγκοσμίως κατανεμημένους διακομιστές Cloudflare. Τα αιτήματα AI επεξεργάζονται στους διακομιστές των αντίστοιχων παρόχων AI.

10. Νομική βάση επεξεργασίας (GDPR)

  • Contract performance — to deliver app features.
  • Legitimate interest — for security and fraud prevention.
  • Consent — for push notifications (revocable at any time).

11. Αλλαγές

Μπορούμε να ενημερώνουμε αυτήν την πολιτική. Ουσιαστικές αλλαγές ανακοινώνονται μέσω ενημέρωσης εφαρμογής.
