By using Thremark, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Thremark is an AI chat assistant that remembers facts you share (“Marks”). The app provides AI-powered conversations using third-party providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini), including reasoning models, web search via Tavily, real-time Voice AI conversations via Google Gemini Live and OpenAI Realtime, voice input via speech-to-text, and AI-generated files. AI responses are generated content and may contain errors. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Subscriptions are governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
You agree not to use Thremark to:
You own your marks and chat history. Thremark stores data on your device and optionally in your iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
When you delete your account, all data stored on your device and in iCloud is permanently removed. Server-side data (marks, files, usage metadata) is automatically purged within 30 days of account deletion or can be deleted immediately by contacting us.
Thremark is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, AI inaccuracies, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Thremark offers real-time Voice AI conversations where audio is streamed to Google Gemini Live API or OpenAI Realtime API for processing. During a voice session, your AI can automatically extract and save facts (marks) and create files, just like in text chat. Audio is not stored after the session ends.
Voice input (push-to-talk) uses speech-to-text transcription via our proxy server. Audio is not stored after transcription. The resulting text is treated as a regular chat message.
Thremark may create files from long AI responses or on your request. Files are stored on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. You can view, rename, share, and delete files at any time.
If you connect GitHub Sync (Plus/Pro), Thremark creates a private repository in your GitHub account and pushes your marks and files as markdown. Your GitHub OAuth token is stored encrypted on our server. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes access and deletes the stored token.
You retain ownership of any content you create using Thremark, including marks, files, and chat messages. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use. The Thremark name, logo, and interface design are the property of Thremark.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You can stop using Thremark at any time and delete all data from Settings.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these terms as features ship. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
