1. Thremark thu thập gì
- Marks (saved facts) — stored on your device and synced to our server using an anonymous device ID. You can delete all server data at any time from Settings.
- Chat messages — stored on your device and synced to our server for multi-device access. Messages are forwarded to AI providers for responses.
- Anonymous session — a device-generated UUID for API session management. No name, email, or Apple ID is sent to our server.
- Apple ID (optional) — name and email stored on-device only if you use Sign in with Apple. Not stored on server.
- Files — AI-generated files synced to server. Delete them any time.
- Notifications & Reminders — push notifications scheduled on server and delivered via APNs. Device token deleted after delivery.
- Thinking & reasoning models — messages sent to OpenAI or Anthropic reasoning API. Only final response returned.
- Photos, Camera & Image Generation — attached images sent to AI provider for analysis. Images not permanently stored on servers.
- Microphone & Voice AI — audio streamed to Google Gemini Live API or OpenAI Realtime API. Audio not stored after processing.

- On our server — marks, chats, messages, and files synced to Cloudflare D1 database via anonymous device ID.
- Semantic search index — marks embedded as numerical vectors (Cloudflare Vectorize) for semantic search.
- Retention — server messages subject to automatic rotation. Marks and files remain until deleted.

3a. Dữ liệu Thremark gửi cho các dịch vụ AI
Mỗi lần bạn gửi tin nhắn, dữ liệu sau đây có thể được truyền tới một trong các nhà cung cấp AI của chúng tôi (Google Gemini, OpenAI hoặc Anthropic) để tạo phản hồi:
- Văn bản tin nhắn của bạn — tin nhắn hiện tại bạn vừa gửi.
- Lịch sử hội thoại gần đây — các tin nhắn trước trong phiên trò chuyện hiện tại, được dùng làm ngữ cảnh.
- Memory marks — các chủ đề và sự kiện bạn đã lưu, được gửi để AI có thể phản hồi phù hợp và cá nhân hóa.
- Tệp và hình ảnh đính kèm — bất kỳ tệp hoặc ảnh nào bạn đính kèm vào tin nhắn.
- Âm thanh giọng nói — nếu bạn sử dụng đầu vào giọng nói, âm thanh được phát trực tiếp đến OpenAI Whisper (phiên âm) hoặc Google Gemini Live / OpenAI Realtime (hội thoại bằng giọng nói).
Không có tên, email hay Apple ID nào được gửi tới các nhà cung cấp AI. Theo chính sách, không ai trong số các nhà cung cấp này (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) sử dụng dữ liệu API để huấn luyện hoặc tinh chỉnh mô hình AI của họ. Mỗi nhà cung cấp chỉ lưu giữ dữ liệu tối đa 30 ngày để giám sát bảo mật, sau đó xóa vĩnh viễn. Cả ba đều được chứng nhận SOC 2 và tuân thủ GDPR, và có nghĩa vụ hợp đồng cung cấp mức độ bảo vệ dữ liệu như yêu cầu trong các thông báo này. Dữ liệu của bạn không bao giờ được bán. Bạn có thể xóa mọi thứ bất cứ lúc nào trong Settings.
4. Dữ liệu chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập

5. Quyền của bạn
- Delete all data — available in Settings at any time. Removes all marks, chats, messages, and files from device AND server. Irreversible.
- Delete account — available in Settings if signed in with Apple.
- Export — export marks via the share sheet.
- No account required — Thremark works without signing in. Sign in with Apple is optional.
- GDPR & CCPA — you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at [email protected].
6. Phân tích
Chúng tôi sử dụng PostHog cho phân tích hành vi với nhận dạng bị tắt. Không có dữ liệu cá nhân được thu thập.
7. Trẻ em
Thremark không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố tình thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em.
8. Cookie
Ứng dụng iOS của chúng tôi không sử dụng cookie.
9. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
Dữ liệu được xử lý trên các máy chủ Cloudflare phân tán toàn cầu. Yêu cầu AI được xử lý trên máy chủ của các nhà cung cấp AI tương ứng.
